Sewing Club
Terms, Attendance & Booking Policy
Enrolment & Payment
Full-term enrolments secure your place in a specific class for the duration of the term.
Payment can be made in full at the time of booking, or via an approved payment plan with 50% due upon enrolment and the remaining balance due on the first class of term.
Places are not guaranteed until payment or deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Refunds
As class numbers are limited, Sewing Club is unable to provide refunds for missed classes, change of mind, holidays, work commitments, or personal scheduling conflicts.
If a class is cancelled by Sewing Club, students will be offered a make-up class, credit, or refund where appropriate.
Missed Classes
We understand that life happens. If you are unable to attend your regular class, please notify us as soon as possible.
Where availability exists, Sewing Club will do its best to accommodate students in an alternative class during the same term. However, make-up classes are not guaranteed and are subject to available spaces in other classes.
Unused classes cannot be carried forward into future terms.
Casual Classes
Casual bookings are subject to availability and do not guarantee an ongoing place in a particular class.
Casual enrolments are recommended for students who have already completed Beginner Level 1 or have equivalent sewing experience.
Student Responsibilities
Students are encouraged to attend regularly and bring any required materials, patterns, fabrics, and projects unless otherwise advised.
Students using Sewing Club equipment are expected to treat all machines, tools, and classroom resources with care and respect.
Class Changes
Sewing Club reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, venues, or class structures if required. Students will be notified as early as possible should any changes occur.
Community & Learning Environment
Sewing Club is committed to providing a supportive, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment for students of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels.
Kindness, patience, creativity, and respect for fellow students are at the heart of our community.
